Transforming an Overgrown Garden into a Modern Porcelain Patio & Walkway

What We Did

• Comprehensive Site Clearance & Preparation: We excavated and cleared out all existing overgrown weeds, debris, and old rubble piles to create a clean, structurally sound base for the new installation.
• Modern Light Porcelain Paving: We laid large-format, light grey porcelain slabs across the entire main patio area, instantly brightening the space and creating a high-end, contemporary look.
• Contrast Anthrecite Bordering: To add visual interest and define the main seating area, we framed the perimeter with a striking, dark Anthrecite porcelain border.
• Sleek Side Access Walkway: We removed the old wooden decking along the side of the house and installed a durable, seamless porcelain walkway, complete with neatly integrated steps and clean edging.
• Decorative Gravel & Drainage Edging: Black Ice gravel chippings were placed around the perimeter borders and along the property base to contrast against the light slabs while aiding surface water runoff.
